Adoption of the Management Board’s resolution on the establishment of a subsidiary company

CCC SA announces that on 9th July 2013, the Management Board adopted the resolution on the establishment of CCC Germany GmbH, based in Frankfurt Am Main, Germany. CCC SA will cover 100% of the shares in the above mentioned company, representing 100% of the votes at the shareholders meeting. The value of the Company's initial capital will amount to 100,000 EUR (in words: hundred thousand EUR).
The core business of the established company will include the distribution of goods supplied by CCC S.A. on the territory of Germany.
Appointment of CCC Company Germany GmbH is another step in the expansion strategy and the development of a network of international sales.
The Issuer will inform about registered of the Company in a separate report.
