In reference to the current report no. 08/2013 of 22 February 2013, the Management Board of CCC S.A. announces that on 6 March 2013 was registered a subsidiary of CCC Austria Ges.m.b.H. in Graz, Austria, which allows commencing business operations.
Establishment of a subsidiary CCC Austria Ges.m.b.H. is part of the strategy of the Issuer in the expansion into European markets and is a further step in the development of CCC Group S.A.
