The candidates for a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of CCC S.A. based in Polkowice with reference to the current report no. 30/2013 dated on 27th May 2013 containing draft resolutions for the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 26th June 2013, informs that on 25th June 2013 it received a notice by Shareholder Mr Mariusz Gnych of intention to submitthe Annual General Meeting of the existing applications of Supervisory Board Members:
- Henryk Chojnacki,
- Martyna Kupiecka,
- Wojciech Fenrich,
to the Supervisory Board for another term from 2013 to 2015.
The information that refers to the application, a statement of the candidates and the curriculum vitae including his education, qualifications and previous positions, with a description of work was submitted as attached.
Legal basis:
§ 38 par. 1 point 3 of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated on 19.02.2009, on current and periodic information provided by issuer of securities and conditions for recognizing, as equivalent the information required by law of the state which is not a member state.
