With accordance to § 38(1)(7) the Resolution of the Minister of the Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information relayed by issuers of securities […], the Management of the CCC S.A. publishes the content of resolutions passed on 26 June 2013 by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the CCC S.A. as a attachment to this report.

With accordance to § 38(1)(9) the Resolution above, the Management Board of the CCC S.A. hereby informs that no objections were voiced to the minutes of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
