The list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes on the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Art. 70(3) Act on Offering – General Meeting of Shareholders – the list of shareholders holding at least 5 % of votes

The Management Board of the CCC S.A. conveys the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of total votes on the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 26 June 2013.

1. LUXPROFI S.a.r.l. (subsidiary undertaking of Dariusz Miłek), 17,560,000 votes (12,810,000 shares), constituted 56.91% of votes on the OGM and 38.98% of the total number of votes,
2. Leszek Gaczorek, 4,250,000 votes (2,500,000 shares), constituted 13.77% votes on the OGM and 9.43% of the total number of votes,
3. ING OFE, 3,000,000 votes (3,000,000 shares), constituted 9.72% votes on the OGM and 6.66% of the total number of votes, 4. Aviva OFE AVIVA BZ WBK, 2,940,451 votes (2,940,451 shares), constituted 9.53% of votes on the OGM and 6.53% of the total number of votes,
5. OFE PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ", 2,072,000 votes (2,072,000 shares), constituted 6.71% of votes on the OGM and 4.60% of the total number of votes.
