CCC S.A. announces that on 27.02.2013 it received a notification from one of the members of the Supervisory Board concerning the acquisition on 22.02.2013, 7498 shares of the Company CCC S.A., at a price PLN 68.00.

The transaction was concluded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), traded under ordinary transactions. The person who filed the notice did not consent to the publication of personal data.
