In reference to the current report no. 20/2013 of 8^th May 2013, the Management Board of CCC S.A. announces that on 16^th May 2013, it received from the registration court, the registration documents proving the registration of a subsidiary CCC OBUTEV, d.o.o., based in Maribor, The Republic of Slovenia, on 10^th May 2013, which allows commencing business operations.
