In reference to the current report no. 20/2013 of 8^th May 2013, the Management Board of CCC S.A. announces that on 21^st May 2013, it received from the registration court, the registration documents proving the registration of a subsidiary CCC d.o.o., based in Zagreb, The Republic of Croatia, on 20^th May 2013, which allows commencing business operations.
