Establishing a Subsidiary

The Management Board of CCC S.A. informs that on 21 February 2013 the Issuer has signed the documents on the establishing of a subsidiary CCC Austria Ges.m.b.H. with its registered office in Graz, Austria. CCC S.A. holds 100% shares in the said company, carrying 100% votes at the shareholders meeting. The share capital of the Company is Euro 100,000(in words: one hundred thousandeuro).

The principal activities of the company will set up distribution of goods supplied by CCC on the territory of the Austria.

The Issuer will inform about the registration of the Company by a relevant authority in a separate report.
