The content of the consolidated text of an Article of Association including registered changes

The Management Board of CCC Joint-stock Company (S.A.) based in Polkowice, Strefowa Street 6 (hereinafter referred as 'The Company' or 'Issuer') informs that on 25 of January 2013, received an information about the registration, on 22.01.2013, by District Court for Wrocław - Fabryczna, IX Trade Department, KRS of National Court Registry, of the change of Articles of Association which was accomplished by the resolution no. 5/NWZA/2012 and 6/NWZA/2012 of Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting on 19.12.2012, regarding, inter alia, a change of The Company’s name from the current ‘NG2 Joint-stock Company’ (S.A.) to ‘CCC Joint-stock Company’ (S.A.). The Company is also allowed to use the abbreviated name CCC (S.A.) The Issuer’s name, under which, the shares on the stock market are listed, won’t change and will be referred as CCC.

The Management Board submits, in attachment to the present report, a consolidated text of Articles of Association which include registered changes.
