Dates for submitting periodic reports in 2021

Pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities (...), the Management Board of CCC S. A. informs about the dates of submission for periodic reports in 2021:
- Stand-alone and consolidated report for 2020/21: 18 May 2021.
- Consolidated report for the first half of 2021: 13 October 2021.
- Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Consolidated report for Q1 2021: 31 May 2021.
- Consolidated report for Q3 2021: 24 November 2021.
Pursuant to § 62 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities (...), the Management Board of CCC S. A. informs that the Company will not publish separate unit quarterly reports and a separate unit semi-annual report. Consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information, and the consolidated half-yearly report will contain condensed half-yearly financial report.
At the same time, the Management Board of CCC S. A. informs that the Company will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2020/21 and the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2021 in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2 of the Regulation.
Additionally, the Management Board of CCC S. A. informs that the Company changed its financial year, which so far was consistent with the calendar year and moved to the financial year from February to January of the following year.
Therefore, the financial year for 2021 shall commence on 1 February 2021 and will last until 31 January 2022, and the reporting periods in 2021 will be as follows:
First quarter of 2021 - from 1 February to 30 April;
Second quarter of 2021 - from 1 May to 31 July;
Third quarter of 2021 - from 1 August to 31 October;
Fourth quarter 2021 - from 1 November to 31 January 2022.
