Information on remission of a preferential loan from PFR

Referring to the current report No. 54/2021 of 2 September 2021, the Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer), announces that today were fulfilled the conditions for the remission of the preferential loan (hereinafter: "Loan") granted by the Polish Development Fund Joint Stock Company (hereinafter: "PFR") on 2 September 2021 for the Issuer's subsidiary, CCC.eu Sp. z o.o.

This loan was partially forgiven, i.e. in the amount of PLN 51,040,575.00. The redemption of the Loan will take place with effect from 20 December 2021.

This remission will increase the result of the CCC Group for the fourth quarter of 2021.
