The Management Board of CCC S.A. (Issuer) hereby submits attached protocol along with the resolutions adopted by the Bondholders' Meeting, which was held on March 16, 2021.

Simultaneously, Issuer informs that due to the ongoing talks with the Bondholders on changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Series 1/2018 Bonds ("WEO"), which could be put to a vote at the Bondholders' Meeting, the resolution on the change of WEO was not voted on at today's meeting.
