Assimilation of all series J ordinary bearer shares of CCC S.A. and the fulfillment of the condition for the introduction of all series J ordinary bearer shares of CCC S.A. to trading on a regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange

The Management Board of CCC S.A. based in Polkowice ("CCC"), referring to the current reports No. 66/2021 of CCC of 7 October 2021 and No. 67/2021 of 29 October 2021, hereby announces that the National Depository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW") on 3 November 2021 decided on 8 November 2021 to assimilate 6,850,000 series J ordinary bearer shares subscribed and paid for privately by Ultro S.a r.l. (a subsidiary of Dariusz Miłek) registered by the Registry Court on 19 May 2020, coded PLCCC0000115 (the "Shares") into ordinary bearer shares and to assimilate them with the bearer shares registered under the code PLCCC0000016.
The assimilation took place on the basis of the resolution of the Management Board of CCC adopted on 7 October 2021 on the conversion (conversion) of all the Shares into ordinary bearer shares and taking steps to assimilate them
with the remaining ordinary bearer shares of CCC S.A. and their admission and introduction to trading on a regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ("WSE") (the "Resolution"). The Resolution was adopted at the request of Ultro S.à r.l. with its registered office in Luxembourg ("Ultro"), a shareholder of CCC holding all the Shares, about which CCC informed in its current report No. 66/2021 dated 7 October 2021.
Upon the assimilation of the Shares, the condition for the introduction of the Shares to stock exchange trading on the main market of the WSE on 8 November 2021 in accordance with resolution of the WSE Management Board No. 1097/2021 of 29 October 2021, of which CCC informed within the framework of current report No. 67/2021 of 29 October 2021, will be fulfilled.
After the assimilation, as of November 8, 2021, 48,218,000 ordinary bearer shares of CCC will be marked with the code PLCCC0000016. All remaining CCC shares, i.e. 6,650,000 CCC Series A1 registered preference shares, will remain coded PLCCC0000032.
