Adjustment of the Annual Report for 2020

The Management Board of CCC S.A. based in Polkowice _hereinafter: "the Issuer"_ hereby informs on adjusting the Annual Report for the year 2020 in the section referring to the table "Selected financial data". The adjustment is to supplement the table, which, due to a technical error, was provided without data concerning the separate financial statements.
Accordingly, the Issuer will transmit in parallel today the adjusted Annual Report incorporating the above changes, together with all the appendices.
