Information on conclusion by the Issuer of an annex to the agreement with the President of the Management Board of eobuwie.pl S.A. and extension of the deadline for completing the investment commitment

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer), representing the majority shareholder of eObuwie.pl S.A. ("Company" or "eObuwie"), announces that the Issuer concluded an annex to the agreement with the President of the Management Board of eobuwie.pl S.A. Mr. Damian Zapłata ("The Manager"), about which the Issuer informed in the current report no. 57/2021 dated 7 September 2021.

On the basis of this annex, due to the necessity to obtain approvals (corporate and financial institutions) regarding the change of the articles of association and the issuance of new capital, the deadline of 30 November this year indicated in the agreement for the Manager to make the investment was extended, indicating that the transaction will be made within 7 working days from the date of obtaining the required approvals, but no later than 30 March 2022.
