Correction of the current report No. 47/2012 - Information based on Article no. 160 of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of NG2 S.A, based in Polkowice, on the basis of the correction concerning the notifications, received on 15^th October 2012, dated on 17^th and 18^th September 2012 (received by the Company on 21^st September 2012) on the purchase of shares of NG2 S.A. by one of the members of the Supervisory Board, informs that the terms of the transaction took place on 12^th and 14^th September 2012, and not as stated on 12^th and 13^th September 2012 in the current report no 47/2012 of 21^st September 2012,
