The appointment of Member of the Supervisory Board of the NG2 S.A.

With accordance to § 5 (1) (22) the Resolution of the Minister of the Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information by issuers of securities […], (Journal of Laws No. 33(259)), the Board of the NG2 S.A. hereby informs that on the 19 December 2012 the General Meeting of Shareholders appointed Mr Marcin Murawski on the Supervisory Board.

Curriculum vitae including Education, qualifications and previous positions, along with a description of work history submitted in the attached.

Mr Marcin Murawski is not involved in any activity competitive towards the Company, is not shareholder in any civil law partnership competitive towards the Company, and do not hold position in corporate bodies of any competitive company and is not member of corporate bodies of any legal persons competitive towards the Company. Mr Marcin Murawski is not entered to the Insolvent Debtors Record maintained under the Act on the National Court Register of 20 August 1997 (Dz. U. of 2007, No. 168, item 1186).
