In reference to the current report no. 43/2012 of 3rd September 2012, the Management Board of NG2 S.A. announces that it received from the court, on 27th September 2012, the registration documents proving the registering a subsidiary of CCC Hungary Kft Shoes in Budapest, Hungary, on 26th September 2012, which allows commencing business operations.
