The Management of NG2 S.A. (“Issuer”) acting in accordance with § 5(1)(19) of the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information(…), informs that The Board of NG2 S.A. with accordance to compulsory regulations, on 30 May 2012 passed a resolution on the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. with the head office in Warszawa, Al. Armii Ludowej 14 enrolled with the number of 144 to the list of companies entitled to audit financial reports conducted by The National Chamber of Statutory Auditors to review semi-annual financial statement, review semi-annual consolidated financial statement of the Capital Group of NG2 S.A. and examine annual financial statement of the Company and consolidated financial report of the Capital Group of NG2 S.A. for the year of 2012. The Issuer used the services of the selected entity in the 2009-2011 inthe review and auditing.
