Information about registration of amendments in the Statute of the Company

Referring to the current report no 33/2012 of 29^th June 2012, the Management Board of NG2 S.A. informs that on 24^th July 2012, it received the decision of the District Court for Wrocław - Fabryczna, IX Administrative Division of the National Court Register of 19^th July 2012 concerning the registration of the amendments included in a consolidated text of the Statute of the Company. The Company provides the enclosed registered consolidated text of the Statute.
