The Management Board of CCC S.A. with registered office in Polkowice (the “Company”) hereby gives notice that pursuant to Resolution No. 609/17 of 18 September 2017, the Management Board of the National Depository of Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., the “NDS”) decided to register on 20 September 2017 2,000,000 rights to the ordinary bearer series H shares in the Company and assign to them the code PLCCC0000073.
