Change of shares in the total number of votes in the company CCC S.A.

The Management Board of CCC S.A. informs on receiving from Ultro Sp. z o.o., based in Polkowice (the subsidiary of Dariusz Miłek) and from Dariusz Miłek, a notification regarding the change of share in the total number of votes as a result of registration by the relevant registry court on 2 October 2017 of series H shares of the company CCC S.A. based in Polkowice.
According to received notifications: 1 / Ultro Sp. z o.o., based in Polkowice (a subsidiary of Dariusz Miłek), informed that as a result of the registration of series H shares of the Company CCC S.A., based in Polkowice, the share of Ultro Sp. z o.o. in the share capital and the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company was changed by over 1% in the total number of votes.
Prior to the Registration, Ultro Sp. z o.o. held a total of 11,060,000 shares of the Company, including 5,460,000 registered voting preference shares (each such share entitles to two votes at the General Meeting of the Company) and 5,600,000 ordinary bearer shares, representing a total of 28.24% of the share capital. Prior to the Registration, Ultro was jointly entitled to exercise 16,690,000 votes at the Company's general meeting, including 11,020,000 votes from registered voting preference shares and 5,670,000 votes from ordinary bearer shares, which represented a total of 36.43% of the total number of votes in the Company.
After the Registration, the number of Company's shares and the resulting votes held by Ultro Sp. z o.o. is not changed. After the Registration, the share of Ultro Sp. z o.o. in the share capital of the Company decreased from 28.24% to 26.86% of the share capital and is represented by the shares referred to in the preceding paragraph. After the Registration, the voting share of Ultro Sp. z o.o. in the total number of votes in the Company decreased from 36.43% to 34.90% of the total number of votes in the Company and is represented by the number of votes indicated in the preceding paragraph.
2 / Dariusz Miłek informed that as a result of the registration by the relevant registry court of the series H shares of the Company CCC S.A., based in Polkowice, its indirect share as the dominant entity towards Ultro Sp. z o.o. in the share capital and the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company was changed by over 1% in the total number of votes.

After the Registration, the number of shares held by Dariusz Miłek, through Ultro Sp. z o.o. and the resulting votes did not change. After the Registration, Dariusz Miłek's joint share in the Company's share capital decreased from 28.24% to 26.86% of the share capital and is represented by the shares indicated in the preceding paragraph. After the Registration, Dariusz Miłek's joitn share in the total number of votes decreased from 36.43% to 34.90% of the total number of votes in the Company and is represented by the number of votes indicated in the preceding paragraph.
