The Management Board of the CCC S.A. conveys the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of total votes on the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 8 June 2017.

1. Ultro Sp. z o.o. (subsidiary undertaking of Dariusz Miłek), 16,690,000 votes (11,060,000 shares), constituted 47.54% of votes on the OGM and 36.43% of the total number of votes,
2. Leszek Gaczorek, 3,030,000 votes (1,990,000 shares), constituted 8.63% votes on the OGM and 6.61% of the total number of votes,
3. Aviva OFE AVIVA BZ WBK, 3,063,000 votes (3,063,000 shares), constituted 8.73% of votes on the OGM and 6.69% of the total number of votes,
4. NATIONALE-NEDERLANDEN OFE, 2,000,000 votes (2,000.000 shares), constituted 5,70% of votes on the OGM and 4,37% of the total number of votes.
