With accordance to § 5 par. 1 (21) the Resolution of the Minister of the Finance dated on 19th of February 2009 on current and periodic information relayed by issuers of securities […] (Journal of Laws No. 2014.133), the Management Board of the CCC S.A. hereby informs that on 24th of January 2017 received the information from member of the Supervisory Board – Mr. Mirosław Stachowicz, of his resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board, for objective reasons, with effect from 31 January 2017.
