Notice of the court registration the change of the value of share capital

The Management Board of CCC S.A., based in Polkowice, ("Issuer") informs that on 5 June 2017 they received the decision of the District Court in Wrocław, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register as of 12 May 2017 on registering in the Register of Entrepreneurs the change of the of share capital value. The new disclosed value of the share capital is 3.916.400,00 PLN (three million nine hundred sixteen thousand and four hundred Polish zlotys).

Registration of the share capital value results from the conversion of 36.100 subscription warrants of series A to 36.100 series E shares in the share capital of CCC S.A., the fact of which the Company informed in the current reports No. 12/2017 as of 28 February 2017 and 14/2017 as of 8 March 2017. The share capital of the Issuer disclosed in the register as a result of the conversion is divided into: 6.650.000 (six million six hundred fifty thousand) registered shares and 32.514.000 (thirty two million five hundred fourteen thousand) bearer shares.

Total number of votes at the General Meeting amounts to 45.814.000 (forty five million eight hundred fourteen thousand). The new series E shares represent 0.08% of the Issuer's share capital and 0.09% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer.
