With reference to the current report no. 53/2017 as of 2nd October 2017, the Management Board of CCC S.A. hereby informs that on 8th November 2017 the Supervisory Board of CCC S.A. acting pursuant to the authorization granted in the resolution of the Annual General Meeting No. 23/AGM/2017 dated on 8th June 2017, they passed a resolution on approving the consolidated text of the Articles of Association of CCC S.A, taking into account amendments related to the increase of the share capital. The consolidated text of the Articles of Association is attached hereto.
