Notice of the court registration of the value of share capital

The Management Board of CCC S.A., based in Polkowice, ("Issuer") informs that on 14 February 2017 they received the decision of the District Court in Wrocław, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register as of 26 January 2017 on registering in the Register of Entrepreneurs the change of the of share capital value. The new disclosed value of the share capital is 3.912.790,00 PLN (three million nine hundred twelve thousand and seven hundred ninety Polish zlotys).

Registration of the share capital value results from the conversion of 727.900 subscription warrants of series A to 727.900 series E shares in the share capital of CCC S.A., the fact of which the Company informed in the current report No. 41/2016 as of 22 July 2016. The share capital of the Issuer disclosed in the register as a result of the conversion is divided into: 6.650.000 (six million six hundred fifty thousand) registered shares and 32.477.900 (thirty two million four hundred seventy seven thousand and nine hundred) bearer shares.
Total number of votes at the General Meeting amounts to 45.777.900 (forty five million seven hundred seventy seven thousand and nine hundred). The new series E shares represent 1.86% of the Issuer's share capital and 1.59% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer.
