Signing of a credit agreement

The Management Board of CCC S.A. hereby informs that on 21st December 2017 they received the information from its subsidiary CCC Russia Sp. z o.o., based in Moscow, on signing a credit agreement with AO Citibank, based in Moscow, at Gasheka Street 8-10, 125047 Moscow, hereinafter referred to as "Citibank". The subject of the agreement is a credit in the form of a credit limit (hereinafter referred to as the "limit") in the amount of USD 9.800.000,00 (in words: nine million eight hundred thousand USD). The limit will bear interest at a variable LIBOR 12M rate plus the margin of the bank. The credit is valid until 31st December 2018 with the possibility of being prolonged. The surety granted by CCC S.A. for the amount of USD 12,000,000.00 (in words: twelve million USD) is the security for the agreement.
The remaining provisions do not differ from the market conditions for this type of agreements. The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish the aforementioned information due to the significant value of the agreements and the total commitment of the Citi Group towards the Group CCC S.A., which will amount to a maximum of PLN 325,000,000.00.
