Acquisition of shares in the Russian company „CCC Russia”

The Management Board of the CCC S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer) with reference to the current report no. 47/2016 dated on 23rd of August 2016 hereby informs that on 20th of September 2016 the Issuer’s subsidiary CCC Shoes & Bags Sp. z o.o. with its registed office in Warsaw acquired 75% of shares with a value of 375 000 RUB (Russian rubles) in the Russian company CCC Russia a limited liability company (formerly: "3S Retail" a limited liability company) with its registered office in Moscow, which is the sole distributor of CCC products in the Russian market.
