Notification pursuant to the Article no. 160 of the Act on Public Offering

Article 160 paragraph 4 of the Act on Public Offering - information about the transactions of people having the access to confidential information
The Management Board of CCC S.A. (the Issuer) based in Polkowice hereby informs about receiving on 25th January 2016 a notification pursuant to the Article no. 160 paragraph 1 of the Act on Public Offering dated on 29th July 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2014 No. 94, as amended) about the transaction on shares of the company CCC S.A. conducted by the person having the access to confidential information. Notification was delivered by Proxy of the company and concerned the acquisition of 60 shares of the Company at a price of PLN 160.00 per share by the obligated person. The transaction was concluded on the regulated market (WSE), traded under ordinary session on 3rd September 2015.
The obligated person did not consent to the publication of personal data.
