The Management Board of CCC S.A. informs that by the resolution no. 01/12/2016/RN as of 9 December 2016, the Supervisory Board of CCC S.A. approved the draft resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 10 January 2017.
Draft resolutions were submitted to the public on 9 December 2016 by the Current Report No. 63/2016.
