The Management Board of CCC S.A., based in Polkowice, hereby informs about the correction of an obvious typographical error in the current report No. 41/2016 dated 22 July 2016. The possibility of using the right to convert subscription warrants of series A for Shares of series E is valid until 30 June 2018, and not, as erroneously was stated in the aforementioned current report until 30 June 2016.

The remaining content of the current report remains unchanged.
