The Management Board of CCC S.A. announces that on 21 November 2016, Mr. Karol Półtorak resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of CCC S.A. with effect from 30 November 2016 in connection with his appointment to the Management Board as of 1 December 2016 and entrusting him the position of a Vice President of the Management Board of CCC S.A.
