The Management Board of the CCC S.A. hereby informs that consolidated revenues for the January amounted to about PLN 173.2 million PLN and were higher by 36.7% than in the corresponding period last year.

The revenues from retail sales for the January amounted to PLN 157.1 million and were higher by 28.5% than in the corresponding period last year.

Furthermore the Management Board of the CCC S.A. hereby informs that due to closing of the acquisition transaction of 74,99% shares of eobuwie.pl S.A. dated on 15 January 2016, CCC S.A. became a parent company for eobuwie.pl S.A. According to the above, financial results of eobuwie.pl S.A. have been the subject of consolidation since 15 January 2016.
