Correction of the obvious misprint – to the current report No. 15/2016

Art. 56 (1)(2) Act on Offerings – current and periodic information

The Management Board of CCC S.A. based in Polkowice informs on correction of the obvious misprint in current report No. 15/2016 dated on 4th of May 2016. Recommended dividend per one share is 2.24 PLN, and not 2.23 PLN as was erroneously indicated.

Therefore part of net profit of CCC S.A. for the year 2015 for the payment of dividends amounts 86,016,000.00 PLN (eighty six million sixteen thousand), and not 85,655,852.05 PLN as was erroneously written in the current report. The remaining part of the net profit of CCC S.A. transferred into Company's spare capital amounts 202,382,411.34 PLN (two hundred and two milion three hundred eighty two thousand four hundred eleven, 34/100), and not 202,742,559.29 PLN as was indicated.

The remaining content of the current report is unchanged.
