With accordance to § 5 par. 1 (21) the Resolution of the Minister of the Finance dated on 19th of February 2009 on current and periodic information relayed by issuers of securities […] (Journal of Laws No. 2014.133), the Management Board of the CCC S.A. hereby informs that on 5th of May 2016 received the information from Chairman of the Supervisory Board – Mr. Henryk Chojnacki, of his resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board, for objective reasons, with effect from the day of approving by General Meeting of Shareholders financial statements for the accounting year 2015.
