Art. 19 paragraph 3 of MAR Regulation - information on transactions performed by persons performing managerial duties.

The Management Board of CCC S.A., based in Polkowice, ("The Issuer") informs that on 7 October 2016, they received from Mr. Piotr Nowjalis – The Vice-President of The Management Board and Mr. Mariusz Gnych – The Vice-President of The Management Board the notification of the transactions referred to in Article 19, paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council No. 596/2014 as of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the regulation on market abuse), and repealing the Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and the Council and the Commission Directive 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC "MAR".
The content of the aforementioned notifications are included in the appendix to this report.
