Timetable of publishing regular reports in 2016

Legal basis:
Article 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information
Basing on § 103.1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 19 February 2009 (…) the Board of CCC S.A. informs that during year 2015 financial reports will be published on dates:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports :
- 4th quarter 2015 – 25.02.2016
- 1st quarter 2016 – 12.05.2016
- 3rd quarter 2016 – 10.11.2016
Basing on § 101.2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 19 February 2009(…) CCC informs that report for the 2nd quarter 2016 won’t be published.
2. Consolidated semi-annual for the 1rst half 2016 – 25.08.2016
3. Annual report and consolidated annual report for year of 2015 – 28.04.2016
Furthermore, with accordance to § 83 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 19 February 2009 (…), the management of CCC S.A. informs that individual quarterly reports and annual report won’t be published. CCC S.A. will be publishing consolidated quarterly reports including quarter financial data and consolidated semi-annual report including abbreviated semi-annual financial report.
