The Management Board of CCC S.A. announces that CCC.eu Sp. z o.o. – subsidiary of the Issuer, on 5th of July 2016 received a notice from the District Court in Lubin, V Land and Mortgage Register, dated on 24th of June 2016 on making en entry of contractual mortgage in the amount of PLN 300,000,000.00 established on CCC S.A.’s property right of real estate, located in Polkowice, Strefowa Street 6, for which land District Court in Lubin, Department of Land and Mortgage Register keeps the following records: Land and Mortgage Register (KW) no. LE1U/00058454/2, Land and Mortgage Register (KW) no. LE1U/00040132/0, and Land and Mortgage Register (KW) LE1U/00065874/4, The mortgage was established on the behalf of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., with the registered office in Warsaw, Puławska Street 15, as a protection of the agreement for the multi-purpose credit limit dated on 30th of May 2016. The above-mentioned agreement was issued by the Company in a Current Report No. 24/2016 dated on 30th of May 2016.
Furthermore, the Management Board of CCC S.A. informs that between the Issuer and its managers or supervisors, and the entity on which the mortgage was established and the people managing it there are no connections.
The report is subjected to disclosure in the form of inside information due to the value of the asset on which the mortgage was established and the value of the mortgage.
