In reference to the content of the current reports no. 26/2016 and no. 30/2016 as of 2 June 2016, the Management Board of CCC S.A. based in Polkowice announces that due to registration of 727,900 shares of series E in National Depository for Securities (KDPW) on 19 August 2016, the number of shares entitled to participate in the dividend amounts to 39,127,900 and the amount of the dividend per share amounts to 2.19 PLN.
