Signing of an annex to significant agreement

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: The Issuer) announces that on 29th of June 2016, an annex to the lease agreement of sales area in the Centrum Handlowo-Usługowe Galeria Krakowska in Kraków from 23th of May 2005 between CCC S.A. and KNS Krakau Neue Stadtmitte G.m.b.H & Co. KG spółka komandytowa based in Warszawa, 5a Fabryczna Street, 00-446 Warszawa, represented by ECE Projektmanagement Poland Sp. z o.o was concluded. The annex extended the term of the lease to 2026 and changed the size of sales area and therefore the amount of rent. The value of the agreement for the period of 10 years shall amount to PLN 16,113,000.00.
Over the last 12 months CCC S.A. has concluded, with the subsidiaries, the lease agreements with a ECE Group of a total estimated value of 133,511,000.00 PLN. Agreement of the highest value is the agreement concluded on 29th of October 2015 about which the Company informed in Current Report No. 60/2015 dated on 30th of October 2015.
Other provisions of the agreement described above do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements. The amount of equity accounts for the contract to be recognized as significant.
Legal basis: § 5 section 1 point 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of non-member states.
