Preliminary selected consolidated financial data of the CCC Capital Group for the first quarter of 2018

The Management Board of CCC S.A. regarding the adoption of the resolution on April 27, 2018 on the application of the new International Financial Reporting Standard No. 16 (IFRS 16) regarding Leasing, according to the modified retrospective approach for the reporting period beginning on January 1, 2018, pursuant to IFRS 16 standard, they make pre-selected consolidated financial data of the Capital Group CCC SA for the first quarter of 2018 public and comparative values for the first quarter of 2017 in the amount in which they were reported. In addition, the data for the first quarter of 2018 are prepared in accordance with the accounting principles applied by the Company in 2017.

Disclaimer: The calculations of the above data have been made in accordance with the current knowledge of the Management Board and are subject to change. The consolidated financial statements of the CCC SA Capital Group for Q1 2018 are still being prepared and it will be published on May 15, 2018.
