Withdrawal of the bonds of series 1/2014 from KDPW due to their redemption related to refinancing

The Management Board of CCC S.A. based in Polkowice in reference to current report CR No. 30/2018 as of June 29, 2018, hereby informs that today, i.e. July 9, 2018, they received a resolution of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities No. 423/2018 regarding the withdrawal from the deposit due to their redemption on July 10, 2018, 203,150 bearer bonds of the series marked as 1/2014, registered in the National Depository of Securities S.A. /KDPW/ under the number ISIN PLCCC0000065 and listed in the Alternative Trading System organized by BondSpot S.A. The number of bonds following the withdrawal operation amounts to 6,850.
