Conclusion of an annex to the credit agreement by the Issuer's subsidiary

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer) informs that today, that is December 20, 2018, the subsidiary of the Issuer, CCC.eu Sp. z o.o. with its headquarters in Polkowic,e received an annex signed on December 17, 2018 to a multi-purpose credit limit agreement as of October 15, 2014 with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter: the Bank), with its registered office in Warsaw, at 53/57 Grzybowska Street, about which the Company informed in the current report RB No. 51/2014 dated October 16, 2014.

By virtue of this annex this limit has been extended to 31 October 2020 and the period of validity of the requested Guarantees / expected final date of execution and payment for open Letters of credit cannot go beyond October 31, 2021.

Other conditions have not changed significantly and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements. The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish the aforementioned information due to the significant value of the contract.
