Conclusion of an annex to the loan agreement by a subsidiary of the Issuer and an annex to the surety agreement granted by the Issuer

The Management Board of CCC S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer) hereby informs that on December 28, 2018, they received the information from the subsidiary CCC Russia Sp. z o.o., based in Moscow on receiving the signed copy of the loan agreement with AO Citibank based in Moscow, Gasheka Street 8-10, 125047 Moscow, hereinafter referred to as "Citibank" in the form of a credit limit (hereinafter "the limit") in the amount of USD 19,800,000.00, based on which the limit was extended until December 21, 2019.

At the same time, together with the annex to the loan agreement, the Issuer received, on 28 December 201, the signed annex to the surety agreement, under which the surety granted by the Issuer in the amount of USD 24,000,000.00 was extended until December 31, 2021.

Other conditions have not changed significantly and do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements. The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish the aforementioned information due to the significant value of the agreements.
