Decision of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) regarding the consent for concentration by the Issuer

The Management Board of CCC S.A. ("Issuer") hereby informs that on 1 June 2018 they received the decision No. DKK-88/2018 issued on 30 May 2018 by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. After conducting antitrust proceedings initiated at the request of the Issuer - the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, gave the consent to the concentration consisting of the acquisition, by CCC S.A. based in Polkowice, of the part of the property of Adler International sp. o.o. sp. k. ( limited and limited partnership company) with its headquarters in Dąbrówki. In connection with the above, the Issuer informs about the fulfilment of the condition precedent of the conditional agreement, obliging to sell the organized part of the enterprise concluded on 11 April 2018, about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 9/2018 on 11 April 2018.
