Timetable of publishing periodic reports in 2018

Article 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

Basing on § 103.1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 19 February 2009 (…) the Management Board of CCC S.A. informs that during year 2018 financial reports will be published on dates:

1. Consolidated quarterly reports will be published on the following days:

- 1st quarter 2018    – 15.05.2018

- 3rd quarter 2018    – 09.11.2018

2. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1rst half 2018 – 24.08.2018

3. Annual report and consolidated annual report for year of 2017 – 26.03.2018.

Furthermore, with accordance to § 83 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 19 February 2009 (…), the Management Board of CCC S.A. informs that individual quarterly reports and a semi-annual report won’t be published. CCC S.A. will be publishing consolidated quarterly reports including quarter financial data and consolidated semi-annual report including abbreviated semi-annual financial report.

In addition, the Management Board informs that the Company won’t be publishing the consolidated quarterly report for the 4th quarter of 2017 and the consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2018 in accordance with the regulation of § 101.2 of the of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance.
