Acquisition of organized part of the enterprise

In reference to Current Report No. 09/2018 dated 11 April 2018 and Current Report No. 22/2018 dated 1 June 2018, the Management Board of CCC S.A. ("Issuer") hereby informs that on June 29, 2018, the Issuer and Adler International limited liability company, a limited partnership company, based in Dąbrówki, a commune Czarna, Łańcut ("Adler") concluded an annex to the conditional agreement obliging to sell an organized part of the enterprise as of 11 April 2018 ("Conditional Agreement") and a promised contract under which the Issuer acquired an organized part of the enterprise.

The total value of the transaction after the final settlement, resulting from changes in the investment funds completed in the meantime and the settlement of sales results since the conclusion of the preliminary contract, amounted to PLN 77 million.
