With reference to Current Report No. 37/2018 as of July 20, 2018, the Management Board of CCC S.A. ("The Company") hereby informs that on July 24, 2018, the KDPW S.A. ("National Depository for Securities") announced that pursuant to the KDPW Decision No. 455/2018 as of July 20, 2018, on July 25, 2018, the 4,000 Company's ordinary bearer shares of the series E will be registered with a nominal value of PLN 0,10 each with the ISIN code PLCCC0000016.

Legal basis:

§ 17 section 1 point 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance as of 29.03.2018 on current and periodic information provided by the issuer of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent.
